Travelers can accomplish numerous daily tasks on foot in the central areas, making it a convenient spot for running errands. However, the district's more residential parts may be spread out, necessitating the need for occasional transport. Therefore, while daily needs can often be met locally, longer explorations might require a taxi or bus.

Fahaheel is adequately served by a network of public buses, primarily operated by KPTC and CityBus, that connect the district to other parts of Kuwait, including Kuwait City and the airport. These buses are modern and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable travel experience, although they can become crowded during peak hours.
