However, the intense heat of Kuwait, especially during summer months, can make extended walking uncomfortable or impractical. Therefore, while walking is feasible for some tasks, exploring the area might require occasional use of taxis or ride-hailing services.

Public transportation in Mangaf primarily consists of buses, which provide basic connectivity, including direct routes to Kuwait City. These buses are air-conditioned, making travel more comfortable in the heat. Despite this, the absence of metro or tram systems limits the efficiency and flexibility of public transport.
