12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nomadlio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Israel.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomadlio regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
